15. Sparring (SHINKYU SHIAI)

Kids 12 – 14 years = 1,5 minutes x 3 rounds
Juniors 14 – 18 years = 2 minutes x 3 rounds
Adults over 18 years = 2,5 minutes x 3 rounds
